Welcome to INNOCISE! We are looking for a multitasking-interested support for our management
as soon as possible.
Your tasks will be:
- Trustful cooperation and support of the management in operational, conceptual and strategic,
but also ad hoc tasks - National and international correspondence with customers and business partners
- Coordination and follow-up of internal and external meetings and events
- Business trip planning and invoicing for the management
- Independent preparation of company presentations, analyses, statistics and reports
What you bring with you:
- A completed apprenticeship or degree
- Initial experience in a similar position
- Fluent language skills in German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Intercultural competence, organizational skills, good time management
- Discretion, proactivity
